If you come at the end of April, Pornic celebrates Spring with its famous Spring Carnival. Floats and a dozen local bands, accompanied by dancers, parade through the streets of the town, starting from the Vieux Port. The following evening, the Nocturne version of the Carnival will take you to the Port in a festive atmosphere.
